  • Updated Project/Program Creation Flow
    The flow for creating a new Project and Program has been updated to help you understand when to pick one over the other.

  • Owner Costs Included in Excel Estimate Import/Export
    When importing or exporting an estimate from/to Excel, Owner Costs are now included on a separate tab of the worksheet.
    

• • Contingency and Allowance Report Includes Accepted Adjustments
    The values in the Contingency and Allowance Report now include adjustments made by the markups of accepted Items for tracking the running total of remaining contingencies and allowances.
    

• • Owner Contingencies and Allowances
    Create and track changes to Owner Contingencies and Allowances as part of the Project Total cost.

  • Insights - Items by Status Charts
    Additional charts breaking down items by status across all milestones.
    
  • Benchmarking - Save Changes When Leaving
    When navigating away from a Project Comparisons report with unsaved changes, you'll now be asked if you'd like to save so you don't lose your work.

    When creating a new Item, Join will suggest which categories to select based on the Item name and description.
    
  • Add to Contingencies and Allowances
    You can now add costs to a contingency or allowance through an Item. This was previously limited to drawing money from a contingency or allowance only.

    Using the Project Costs Display setting, you can control whether to display the Cost of Construction or the Project Total (including Owner Costs) throughout your project.
