Early Access Program

Join our Early Access Program to get access to the latest features.

Early Access Program

Join's Early Access Program (form) provides users with advanced access to the newest features in Join before they are released to all users. These features are fully developed and ready to use, so this is not a beta program.

By opting into the Early Access Program, you'll:

  • Be the first to get exclusive knowledge and use of our latest features and updates.
  • Proactively explore and learn new features so you can master them firsthand and guide your team with confidence.
  • Help steer the product's evolution by sharing your perspective directly with our team.

Applying for Access

If you'd like to opt into Join's Early Access Program, fill out this form. After we receive your request, we'll notify you when you have been granted access to the program.

What to Expect

New features are planned to be released quarterly. As a member of the Early Access Program, you'll have the opportunity to use them for approximately six weeks before they become available to all users.

Our Product Team will reach out to you and request feedback on the Early Access features that you have used. Your feedback will help us ensure that the features we've built fit your needs and workflows.

Features Included in the Early Access

The Early Access Features article provides a list and details about each feature included in each quarter's release. You can also reference our Release Notes article to learn more about features that have been released for general availability.

Disabling Early Access Features

The Early Access program lets you try new Join features before they're available to everyone.

Early Access settings apply only to your Join account and won't affect other collaborators on your projects.

If you ever want to switch back to the general public experience:

  1. Click your profile photo in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Early access program

  3. Choose "No, don't enable Early Access features" and click Save.

Note: Disabling Early Access features doesn't remove you from the program. You'll remain in the cohort and can re-enable features at any time.
