Markups in Item Estimates

Item estimates can include direct and indirect costs. Indirect costs are split up into two separate markups sections.

Item Markups

The Item Markups section is for additional indirect costs specific to that Item. These can be created in each Item or added to the Default Item Template to be applied to all new Items.

Milestone Markups

The Milestone Markups section shows all percent markups created at the Milestone Estimate level. All percent markups in your Milestone Estimate will automatically be included in every Item Estimate.

Milestone Markups can't be modified at the Item level, but they can be turned off using the Applied column if they are not applicable to this Item.
