Deleting a Project

You can’t delete or archive a project in Join, but you can remove it from your project list. There are a few reasons to remove a project from your project list. The project might be completed, abandoned, a test project that you don’t need anymore, or you might have transferred to another project team.

Caution: Once you remove yourself from the project you will not be able to see it on your project list.

Follow the steps below to remove the project from your project list:

Update the project status if there is a change
Remove all other team members (if applicable)
Remove yourself from the project last

Note: The team members will be notified via email and in-application notifications that they have been removed from the project
