The project status is initially set when creating a project and can be managed from the Project Settings page by anyone with the Administrator role.
Project Status Options
- In Pursuit: Projects in the proposal stage and not yet awarded.
- Active: Awarded projects that are actively using Join.
- Completed: Projects that have concluded all activity in Join.
- On Hold: Projects temporarily paused, with plans to resume later.
- Abandoned: Projects that are now obsolete.
- Lost: Projects awarded to another company.
- Test Project: Projects exclusively for testing or educational purposes.
- Historical (Awarded): Awarded projects loaded for historical data.
- Historical (Lost): Lost projects loaded for historical data.
Tip: Keeping your project status up to date helps you better organize your projects and allows Company Admins to manage billable projects.
