      Setting Rounding Display

      Learn how to set the rounding display for a Join Project

      The required level of cost precision may depend on the size and scale of the project, the level of cost confidence, or the level of cost detail the Owner wants to see. Join allows you to control the number of significant figures in cost summaries, everywhere from the nearest $100,000 down to the penny. 


      A user with administrator permissions can adjust the rounding display for a project by the steps below.

      1. Click the Settings tab in the top navigation bar
      2. Scroll down to the Customize Display section
      3. Click the Rounding Display dropdown
      4. Select the level of rounding required for the project
      rounding-display

      Note: The selected rounding display will appear in any cost summary in Join and is not applied to the Item estimate or Milestone estimate and budget where the original unrounded costs will be displayed.
