Filtering the Lists

The list view can be filtered by several different fields to find relevant projects quickly. Start by enabling the Show Filters toggle at the top of the page to expand the filters panel on the left. From here, you can filter the view by the following fields:

Visibility

You might be wondering which projects you have access to, and who else can access your projects.

My Projects / My Programs

The My Projects view lists all of the projects that you are a collaborator on. You can access any of these projects by clicking on the name of the project (blue link text).

The same goes for any other collaborators on your projects. They will be able to access any projects they are a collaborator on from their My Projects view.

To give someone else access to one of your projects, invite them to the project (if you have the permissions to), or ask a Project Administrator to invite them.

All Projects / All Programs

The All Projects view lists all of the projects that someone from your company is a collaborator on. You can still only access the projects in which you are a collaborator, but you can see the other projects in the list view. Notice that the names of the projects you don't have access to are in black text (not a clickable link), and the project cost data is omitted.

The same logic applies to all other Join users, whether they are members of your company or an external partner; their visibility and access to projects are the same as noted above.

To access a project in the All Projects view that you don't have access to, you must request access from someone else on the project with the permissions to invite teammates.
