Project Status

The project status is initially set when creating a project and can be managed from the Settings tab by anyone with the Administrator role.

In Pursuit: The project is in the proposal stage and has not yet been awarded

Active: The project is awarded and the team is actively working together to deliver value to all stakeholders

Completed: Our scope of work for the project is complete and no further activity is anticipated

On Hold: All project activity is on hold and will resume at a later date

Abandoned: The project is a duplicate or an obsolete test project

Lost: The project work has been canceled or was awarded to another firm

Test Project: The project is for sandbox testing or educational purposes only

Tip: Keeping your project status up to date allows the company admins to get a better picture of the project landscape in Join.
