We've created a template you can use to help with the messaging to your organization. Download and customize this Join Messaging Plan Template to get started. It provides you with a ready-made presentation to help everyone understand:
- Why your organization is using Join
- When to use Join and which projects are already involved with Join
- Who are your Join Champions and how they're going to help
- The Join role-based training that'll be available to your organization
- How to ask questions and share feedback with Join
- Plus links to additional Join resources
If you'd like to create your own presentation, at least the template will provide you with most of the talking points and information you'll need. Your Join Account Manager is there to help with any questions you may have along the way.
When you've completed this, you're ready to schedule an all-hands presentation to everyone in your organization that will be using Join.
