Resetting Your Password

There are several reasons why you need to reset your password. It could be a security concern, a standard practice as a preventative measure, or you may have just forgotten it. The steps outlined below will walk you through the process of resetting your password.

Follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to app.join.build
2. Enter your email address and click the Continue button
3. Click the Forgot password? link
4. Double check that the email address is correct and click the Continue button
5. Navigate to your email and open the email from Support@join.build (if you do not see the email check your spam folder)
6. Click the Reset password button (it will open a new tab)
7. Enter the new password
8. Re-enter new password
9. Click the Reset password button
10. Re-enter the login credentials and start collaborating with Join 

Still having trouble logging in?

• Make sure you are using a supported browser. 
• Try refreshing your browser by pressing Ctrl+Shift+R at the same time.
• Try clearing your cache and cookies.
