Resetting your password
There are several reasons why you need to reset your password. It could be a security concern, a standard practice as a preventative measure, or you may have just forgotten it. The steps outlined below will walk you through the process of resetting your password.
Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to app.join.build
- Enter your email address and click the Continue button
- Click the Forgot password? link
- Double check that the email address is correct and click the Continue button
- Navigate to your email and open the email from Support@join.build (if you do not see the email check your spam folder)
- Click the Reset password button (it will open a new tab)
- Enter the new password
- Re-enter new password
- Click the Reset password button
- Re-enter the login credentials and start collaborating with Join
Still having trouble logging in?
- Make sure you are using a supported browser.
- Try refreshing your browser by pressing Ctrl+Shift+R at the same time.
- Try clearing your cache and cookies.
