Exporting an Estimate from Ediphi

To export an estimate from Ediphi that is compatible with direct import into Join, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Excel, and click on the Get Ediphi Data icon to open the Ediphi Add-In.
  2. Log in to your Ediphi account.
  3. Select the Project and Estimate you'd like to export.
  4. Click the Reports tab.
  5. Click the Create Join Import File button.
  6. Your estimate file will download and be ready to import into Join.

Tip: Once the Ediphi estimate is loaded in Join, do not delete the Use Group column in order to preserve markup allocation if the estimate is reimported in Ediphi.

Exporting an Estimate from Join

To export a Running Total estimate from Join that is compatible with direct import into Ediphi, follow the steps below:

  1. Create a Running Total estimate in Join, which includes costs from Accepted and Incorporated Item estimates.
  2. Click the Export button in the top right and select Export Estimate as .csv.
  3. Your Running Total estimate file will download and be ready to import into Ediphi.
